We currently accept T/T, cash, Visa, online bank payment, bank transfer and Western Union.

Where do you deliver?
Depending on your location, we will arrange delivery from the nearest factory.

When do you deliver?
Our delivery hours are from Mondays to Saturdays, 8.00am to 5.00pm (except public holidays). We can arrange Sunday and night deliveries at an additional cost. For more information, please contact us via email or phone.

When will my items be delivered?
Once payment for the order is received, delivery will usually take 1 to 3 working days, depending on stock availability.

Can I request a specific date and time for delivery?
Yes, you can state your preferred delivery date and time range, with a minimum of 2 hours (e.g., 1pm to 3pm). We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are unable to find certain items on your website, do you have them in stock?

How do I check the prices of the items?
To check the prices of the items, simply add them to the enquiry list and forward it to us. Please remember to state the quantity (bulk discount may apply) and size (if applicable) in the remarks box. You can expect a reply within 24 business hours.

What currency is used, and does it include GST?
The price quoted is in USD (United States Dollars) and is exclusive of GST.
