We are proud to announce the launch of our new production line for cold room panels. With this expansion, BRD now offers a wider range of options, including different panel thicknesses and the introduction of H-type joint panels, to meet the diverse needs of various industries and applications.
The new production line enables BRD to manufacture cold room panels with thicknesses ranging from 50mm to 200mm (50/60/75/80/100/120/150/200 mm), with the maximum thickness capped at 200mm. This expanded range ensures that customers can select the most suitable panel thickness to achieve optimal insulation performance and meet their specific requirements.
Furthermore, the introduction of the H-type joint panels adds a new dimension to BRD’s product lineup. The well-designed joint system not only enhances the insulation performance but also provides superior mechanical strength, ensuring the durability and stability of the cold room structure.
The cold room panels produced on the new line utilize an eco-friendly pentane B1 foaming filler core material. Pentane B1 provides effective thermal insulation and blocks heat conduction, delivering excellent thermal insulation properties. At the same time, the material meets international mainstream fire safety standards for reliability and safety.
With the introduction of the new production line and the expanded product offerings, BRD solidifies its commitment to providing high-quality cold room solutions that meet the diverse needs of customers across various industries.
